A referral service

Custom Size Pallets is a referral service. When you send a quote request, we pass it to partner suppliers in our network. We don't sell, build, store or deliver pallets, and we aren't a party to any agreement you make with a partner supplier.

Partner suppliers

Partner suppliers are independent businesses. Each one sets its own prices, terms, delivery arrangements, warranties and return policies, and is responsible for the products and services it provides. Availability depends on partner suppliers in your area. Please review a supplier's terms before you place an order.

Quote requests

Requesting a quote is free and there's no obligation. Please give accurate information so partner suppliers can respond to your request. We may decline to pass on requests that look abusive or fraudulent.

Information on this site

The content on this site is general information about pallets and is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Product details such as sizes, grades and treatments vary by supplier; confirm them with the supplier who quotes you, and check current regulations that apply to your shipment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Custom Size Pallets isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from any dealings with a partner supplier, including indirect or consequential loss.
