Who we are

Custom Size Pallets is a referral service. We match people who want to buy, sell or recycle pallets with partner suppliers in our network. We don't build, store or deliver pallets ourselves; quotes are fulfilled by partner suppliers.

What the quote form collects

When you request a quote, the form collects what you enter: whether you want to buy, sell or recycle, pallet condition, material, size and quantity, your name, company (optional), phone number and/or email address, and the city, state and ZIP code the pallets are for. To save you typing, the form may pre-fill an approximate city, state and ZIP code estimated from your connection; you can change it before sending. We also record the page you sent the form from and any campaign tags in the link that brought you to the site.

How your request is used

Your request goes to the 1DB lead platform, which passes it to partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. We use your information only for that purpose. We don't sell your personal information.

Analytics and Cookies

We use PostHog to count visits and see which pages and links are used. Visitors in Europe, and visitors whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, are counted without any cookie or other storage on their device. For other visitors, a first-party cookie holds a random identifier. We use your IP address only to estimate your city and region, and we don't store it. We don't record your screen or what you type into forms, and we don't sell or share analytics data for advertising.

Retention

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up with partner suppliers, and are then deleted or anonymized unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Partner suppliers who receive your request keep it under their own policies.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Depending on where you live, for example in California, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.
